Gail co-founded The Success Factory – NexTech STEM Programs and has a long history of dedication and service in Hawaii in STEM education promotion and economic development.

Gail provides important connections to partnering organizations like the Hawaii Science Technology Museum, Hawaii Community Foundation, and various schools and educational organizations. With her trusted relationships within the educational and business communities in Hawaii, Gail connects the resources necessary to ensure NexTech Hawaii’s success and sustainability.

Gail has held President and Vice-President roles. She now supports the organization as an advisor and is instrumental in community outreach efforts. She also supports the 3D printer and Drone programs.
